Dr.Roz Kamani is a member of BC College of Physicians & Surgeons, Doctors of BC, Canadian College of Family Medicine, International Master Course on Aging Science (IMCAS), Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine (CAAM).

Dr Roz Kamani has several years of experience using Neuromodulators and Dermal fillers at her practice. She is one of the most respected & skilled physicians in this field. She has advanced training in Medical Aesthetics and the use of Neuromodulators and Dermal Fillers, refining her skills in non-surgical face-lifts and treatments using combination therapies.

With global perspective and experience, Dr. Roz Kamani has a unique understanding of the diversity and beauty potential of different skin types and colour, including the distinct characteristics of ethnic skin.
Dr. Roz Kamani graduated from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg where she also completed her training in Family Medicine. Her extra training included gaining knowledge in the area of dermatology, plastic surgery and sports medicine. First in Winnipeg and later in Vancouver, she treated her own patients in the outpatients’ clinics for procedures that included excisions for biopsies, “lumps and bumps”, suturing and other lesions. Over the years, she has treated skin conditions such as Acne, Acne Rosacea, Actinic Keratosis, Psoriasis, Eczema, Pigmented Lesions and other skin conditions.
Dr. Kamani is Clinical Associate Professor,UBC. She has been honored as a Fellow to the Canadian College of Family Medicine for her contributions in medical and hospital leadership, medical and public education, advocacy for women’s health and women in medicine.
As a Physician Trainer with Vancouver Coastal Health, she has trained many physicians in learning how to incorporate Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) tools in the management of emotional health. Dr. Roz Kamani also uses these tools in the patient-doctor visit in her practice. These include meditation, stress management and relaxation techniques in the management of mood and emotional health.
Due to her extensive involvement in medical leadership and education, she is a sought after speaker on various health topics and currently, acts as a resource, Afghan Refugees.
Dr. Roz Kamani believes in giving back to the community. In 2009, she launched a Walking Club for Seniors for the Self Management of their Health and Well-being, including Cardiovascular Health & Mental Health. She continues to volunteer her time to support this active group. At least four other similar clubs have formed since.

Shindy assists Dr. Roz Kamani at her Vancouver skin-care clinic, ensuring each client’s visit is a comfortable and pleasant experience. She is responsible for coordinating appointments and office flow.
Shindy combines extensive experience in Office Management with a unique interest in the cosmetic industry. She plays a vital role in preparing patients for procedures, maintaining important medical records, billing and more. As part of a fast-paced office, Shindy is an adaptable and flexible problem solver who works hard to deliver great experiences every day.
